Any customer who purchases and pays for a prepaid Service Plan between May 14 and May 20 will receive discounted rates and complimentary service hours as follows:

300 Hours – $170/hour plus 20 free hours.
150 Hours – $180/hour plus 10 free hours.
75 Hours – $190/hour plus 6 free hours. 

The hours never expire and they can be used for any services, such as project management, training, customer support, software development, testing, upgrades, installation, configuration, consulting, and data conversion. 

We guarantee a minimum 20% reduction in operating costs within six months after a Go-Live. If a 20% reduction is not achieved, we will issue a refund equal to 20% of the total proposal amount, less the percentage of the actual cost savings achieved during that period.
