A. B. Computer Systems, Inc. (ABCSI) announced today that it has been selected by Davis Aircraft Products to implement the Attain Accounting, Distribution and Manufacturing software. Davis Aircraft Products, a successful manufacturer and distributor of aircraft parts, embarked a few months ago on a search for new business software. The company evaluated the best software products in the market today, and have decided that the Microsoft Navision Attain software, in combination with implementation services provided by ABCSI, will be the best total business software solution.
Since 1950, Davis Aircraft Products Co., Inc. has been designing and manufacturing safety ty-down and cargo control products for the commercial, military, industrial and service industries. In addition to providing products for standard applications, custom design and engineering are also available. Also, the company has been the leader in supplying the aircraft industry with lap belt and harness restraint systems.
In order to better serve its customers, the company uses the latest computer technology for production scheduling and engineering applications. The following modules of the Microsoft Navision Attain software product will be implemented: Sales Orders, Invoicing, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase Orders, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. ABCSI will provide the software and all installation, integration, training, consulting, programming and testing services.
Running on a Windows 2000 based network, the system will provide Davis Aircraft Products with the functionality required to increase customer satisfaction, increase productivity and efficiency, and decrease operating costs.
