Enhancement ABC160: A/P Stub-Check-Stub.

This enhancement allows the user to print a Navision A/P check in a Stub-Check-Stub format.

This new enhanced layout offers the same functionality as the Navision standard check (Stub-Blank-Check) format, with the added feature of reproducing the stub onto the lower portion, and moving the check to the middle of the page.
