This enhancement speeds up data entry and simplifies serial number processing in both Purchase and Sales Orders entry.
You can execute this new feature by going to the bottom of the screen and selecting the button called "Function" and then selecting "Explode Serial No.".
The following process will occur when initiating this feature:
The following is an example of a Purchase Order with a quantity of 6 pieces, where 3 are being received. The system adds three lines with quantity of 1 each, and reduces the original quantity from 6 to 3. The user then adds the appropriate serial number to each one of the 3 new lines.
